Irene Schröder

Irene Schroeder first came to know and love the Pilates method during her professional dance studies at the School of Music and Dance in Cologne (2002 - 2006). Because of this positive experience with Pilates she completed the matwork teacher training with "Pilates Bodymotion" in Cologne and Hamburg, as well as a course for Pilates during and after pregnancy (pilateslab-berlin).

Irene has lived in Berlin since 2011 and works as a Pilates trainer, dancer and choreographer. This versatile work increasingly expands her contemplation and her way of dealing with the body and enriches her teaching.
